Based on the figures from Gartner, Inc., most of the organizations will rely on public cloud in the coming years – the worldwide public cloud services market is expected to reach $331.2 billion in 2022, with a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 12.6%.

With the cloud market set to grow stronger than ever before, it has become pertinent for CIOs to reskill their workforce with the appropriate business and technical skills to address challenges. If they don’t plan it well, the skills’ gap will have a long-term impact on their business.
