In his new role, Cayea will be responsible for designing and leading the overall information technology strategy and business plan and championing strategic change across technology services for TYLin and the Dar Group Global Infrastructure Brands. He will work with leaders globally to develop a long-term technology strategy that is focused on security, application development, infrastructure and improving efficiency of shared services while continually focused on improving outcomes, both internal and external.
With over 20 years of experience, Cayea has been a catalyst in operational change management, leading large-scale implementations, including digital transformations, cloud solutions, and the adoption of artificial intelligence. He is adept at guiding essential technology initiatives that empower employees and enable rapid business growth.
Most recently, Cayea was the senior vice president and chief enterprise architect at WSP, supporting billions in revenue with strategic IT planning and execution, budgeting, advanced business systems enterprise resource planning implementations, data governance, cybersecurity framework/operations, and IT service management.
