Route Mobile (UK) Limited, a subsidiary of Route Mobile Limited, a well-known cloud communication platform service providers to enterprises, over-the-top (OTT) players and mobile network operators, signed definitive agreements to acquire Masivian S.A.S, a cloud communication platform service provider that caters to enterprises in Latin America. The acquisition is aligned with the global growth strategy of Route Mobile to become a recognized global CPaaS player and to strengthen its presence in Latin America.
Massive serves the LatAm market with its differentiated and well-optimized cloud communication platform, security, and data analytics, providing a comprehensive suite of marketing, communications, and AI-powered products. Masiv provides multichannel notification services to Colombia and Peru customers via SMS, email, OTT business messaging, and voice.

Based primarily in Colombia and Peru, it also presents an excellent near-shore talent pool and operational center to support clients in the Americas.

The acquisition is expected to be completed within the next 60 days, subject to fulfillment of the customary terms and conditions of the definitive agreements.
