IAMCP Delhi conducts Kaizala and Power BI sessions

IAMCP Delhi conducted its chapter meeting on 9th May at Microsoft office in Gurugram. It included sessions on Kaizala and Power BI by experts from the Microsoft team. This session was attended by IAMCP (International Association of Microsoft Channel Partners) members and Microsoft partners planning to join it.

Munesh Jadoun, President, IAMCP Delhi chapter started the session by sharing the IAMCP updates and an overview of IAMCP for the new partners. Munesh informed them that previously there were two different websites for IAMCP global and IAMCP US.

Now, both these websites have been merged into a consolidated global website – www.iamcp.org. He further mentioned that this is also the 25th anniversary year for IAMCP and to make it special, there will be celebrations at Microsoft Inspire.

After Munesh’s session, Anurag Gour, Solution Specialist, Kaizala, Microsoft took a session on “Delivering value with Kaizala”. In this session, he introduced Kaizala and its amazing features that can help partners deliver more value to their customers. He told about Kaizala, an enterprise chat management application, and described how enterprises can use it to communicate and collect data from their large teams. It allows users to create groups with unlimited users and analyze data from them in a structured way.

Anurag also shared several case studies on how enterprises are leveraging Kaizala’s capabilities in securing data collected from their teams and streamlining the action points. It was a very interactive and educational session. The audience was also very enthusiastic and enjoyed insights into Kaizala.

The Kaizala session was followed by a session on Power Apps and Power BI by Vishakha Mittal, Partner Marketing Advisor, Business Apps, Microsoft India. Vishakha was joined by Abhay Kacker, Technical Solutions Professional, Microsoft who shared his deep knowledge of Power BI and Power Apps.

Abhay and Vishakha discussed how partners can use Power BI to deliver advanced technical solutions with detailed processes. They also connected it with Kaizala and described that customers can also integrate Power BI and Power Apps with Kaizala for better analysis of the data collected from Kaizala.
