LOS ANGELES–(BUSINESS WIRE)–After considering additional feedback from our shareholders, the Board of Directors of Herbalife Nutrition (NYSE:HLF) announced the Company will no longer move forward with its intended distribution of warrants. As always, the Board will continue to evaluate opportunities to maximize shareholder value.
