The highly anticipated 9th edition of the World CX Summit has successfully wrapped up its activities at the Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centre located in Singapore. The event that took place on the 2nd and 3rd of August, effectively brought together pioneers in technology, innovators, and CX professionals who engaged in discussions surrounding trends and advancements capable of revolutionizing the global CX landscape.

The 9th global edition of the World CX Summit, organized by Trescon and held in Singapore, stands as a triumphant accomplishment. The event witnessed a convergence of prominent tech leaders, CX business experts, and innovators, all delving into modern technological solutions that are reshaping the global CX arena.

Held in conjunction with the World AI Show and World Blockchain Summit under the umbrella of Trescon ABC events, the summit took place at the esteemed Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centre on August 2nd-3rd, 2023. Trescon ABC events further solidify Singapore’s stature as a worldwide innovation hub and an early adopter of emerging technological solutions.

The summit surpassed all expectations with a remarkable turnout and garnered acclaim from its attendees. One notable session included a tech talk titled ‘The Art of Selecting the Right CX Automation Solution,’ presented by Vishal Agarwal, Co-founder, and CEO of Locobuzz. The talk emphasized how businesses can achieve a harmonious balance between functionality and user-friendliness.

Another noteworthy discussion revolved around ‘CX Innovation through Martech: Developing A Customer-Centric Ecosystem’. Moderated by Jana Marle-Zizkova, Co-founder, and CEO of She Loves Data, the panel delved into ways that businesses can enhance customer engagement, brand loyalty, and retention by embracing the latest digital innovations. Panelists, including Agnisha Ghosh, Regional Director of Digital Media & Advertising Strategy at MetLife; Jeffrey Lin, Director of Solutions Engineering, APJ at Acquia; Jay Bose, Group Head of Martech at AIA Group; and Jaspreet Kaur, Head of Marketing & Strategic Planning at Sodexo, offered valuable insights into utilizing AI/ML for predicting behaviors and leveraging data to enhance autonomous marketing.
