Remarkable Women Camaraderie

Eminence Business Media (EBM) supports and works every day for empowering women and to create a platform for working women to network and grow. They organized the 2nd Edition of its non-profitable “” on 29th November 2019 at The Park Hotel, New Delhi.

The event was an outstanding success with a great line up of leading eminent women leaders and men who believe in this cause from Pharma, FMCG, Nutraceuticals, Cosmetology, Healthcare, IT, Media & Government.

The event ensured continuous engagement of the audience & speakers through various discussions with regards to the women empowerment, changing the social environment about women in a leadership role, leadership techniques, women safety & cybersecurity, strengthening the advocacy skills, maintaining work-life balance, knowing the legal rights and gender diversity in corporate sectors. It also spoke about menstrual hygiene and mental health issues in working women.

The event saw many sessions & panel discussions over the day, attended by CEO’s, MD’s, Sr. Vice Presidents, Directors, Managers from different companies from various industries.

The day was inaugurated by lighting the ceremonial lamp by Speaker & Guest of Honour Mr. Vinit Goenka– Member of the Governing Council (CRIS), Ministry of Railways, Ms. Guneet Kaur Hayer– MD Eminence Business Media, Mrs. Aparna Surabhi– CFO & CHRO Caliber Technologies, Mrs. Dipali Mathur Dayal– CEO & Co-Founder, Naturrel & Kool Pvt. Ltd, Ms. Balwinder Kaur– Pharma Consultant & Trainer, Mr. Sudeep Majumdar– Sr. Director HR &  Head L&OD, Biocon.

The event Chairperson, Ms. Guneet Kaur Hayer kickstarted the day with her opening remarks in the presence of various eminent women leaders, speakers and over 100 delegates from different industry verticals.  She thanked everyone for sharing their stories and mentioned that this event is not only about empowering fellow women but also to celebrate the success of all remarkable women and to give them a platform to learn, strengthen their network & grow.

Remarkable Women Camaraderie

Mr. Vinit Goenka, Member of the Governing Council (CRIS), Ministry of Railways shared his views on Women Empowerment & the initiatives by the government. The event also witnessed an insightful panel discussion on “Women Bosses: Boon or Bane”.

The panel members Ms. Dipali Mathur Dayal, CEO & Co-Founder, Naturrel & Kool Pvt. Ltd.; Ms. Tanvi Mazmudar, Head – Travel, Biocon Ltd; Ms. Jasmin Kumar, Author & Vice President, Rayz International; Ms. Rajni Jha, Consultant & Trainer, Pharma Trainer; Mr. Prashant Dayal, Head of Customer Marketing & Commercialization, PepsiCo and Mr. Neeraj Choudhary, Sales Operations & Partner Management APAC, Sparta Systems shared their ideas. The panel was moderated by Mrs. Aparna Surabhi- CFO & CHRO Caliber Technologies.

Eminence Business Media also created a platform for women NGO’s like Myna Foundation and Karma- Our Destiny to share information about their work and contribution. A special interview was conducted on TV/Media line being as glamorous as it looks, talking about daily struggles and spearing through the difficulties to meet the goals where Ms. Sehrish Ali, TV Actress & Model & Mr. Piyush Sahdev, TV Actor & Model spoke about their initiatives for women empowerment.

Remarkable Women Camaraderie 2019 also witnessed other interactive sessions with very empowering and knowledgeable speakers like Mr. Sudeep Majumdar– Biocon, Ms. Archana Badhwar– Cipla Ltd, Ms. Sumitra Goenka– Cybersecurity Cell of Govt, Dr. Shwetank Bansal– Psychiatrist, Adv. Rajeev Saxena– Delhi High Court, Karan Arora and Neha Arora– ShowShabaaz Caravan.

The event witnessed a special performance by Mr. Sparsh Gupta who was the winner for the white paper submission on ideas to empower women & a special ramp walk of remarkable women celebrating the uniqueness of every woman not by their looks and outfits but focusing on their achievements and aspirations followed by dinner & mocktail.
