Coolwave has partnered with Cataleya to deploy its Orchid platform and increase the flexibility, scalability and performance of its international network
Coolwave Communications, a worldwide voice and messaging solutions provider, is transforming its networking to meet rising demand from Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS) providers, 5G mobile, and carrier customers. Cataleya has been chosen by the company to deploy its IP-based real-time communication platform, Orchid Cloud, and provide support to its ongoing network expansion. Orchid Cloud provides scalable and flexible routing, billing, switching, and rating combined with real time quality of service (QoS) and integrated fraud management.
The strategic partnership lets Coolwave to get more closer to its partners across markets for optimum user experience and quality. With Orchid Cloud, Coolwave benefits from API capabilities and simple interface control, allowing seamless integration into its platform. Coolwave gets direct interconnects with 5G operators in the IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) space, with an open RAN model supporting 5G move.
