Corinium’s highly anticipated event, CDAO Sydney 2023, concluded on a high note, leaving attendees inspired and empowered with the latest insights and trends in the data and analytics field. The event, held at Hilton, Sydney from 8th to 10th May, witnessed an exceptional gathering of industry leaders, experts, and professionals, making it a remarkable success for the Data and Analytics community in Sydney.

Corinium had a number of themes across the three days, which were Innovation for Enterprise, Delivering Quality Governance for Decision-Making, Embarking on a Transformative Data Journey, Driving Strong Data Teams for the Long-Haul, Advancing, and Championing Data, Scale Up! Driving Analytics in Business, Transformative Analytics, Building a Data-Sophisticated Organisation, Analytics as the Vanguard of Business Innovation, Insights, Impact and Change, and Future Analytics.

Throughout the event, CDAO Sydney 2023 showcased a series of high-level presentations, engaging discussions, and face-to-face networking opportunities that fostered meaningful connections and collaborations among attendees. The event served as a platform for participants to exchange valuable knowledge, share best practices, and gain actionable strategies to navigate the ever-evolving data and analytics landscape.

The key highlights from CDAO Sydney are summed up below:

The Focus Day which was on the 8th of May, opened with an action-packed morning of valuable insights from senior data leaders. Corinium had two exciting tracks, Governance and Innovate.

The Governance Day featured extensive discussions and exchanges concerning the significance of data governance. Various topics were explored, including securing executive support, quantifying value, implementing a monitoring framework in response to data breaches, assessing the effectiveness of data governance, and positioning it as a solution to business problems.

On Innovate Day, the focus shifted to AI and innovation, highlighting their potential to drive business growth and explore new frontiers.
