BTS and BBIX partner to develop CPaaS and Roaming Peering eXchange service


Business Telecommunications Services (BTS), which has been providing Tier 1 services for over 20 years, has partnered with BBIX, Inc. (BBIX), a subsidiary of SoftBank Corp. The partnership will enable BTS and BBIX to jointly develop solutions accelerating innovation in CPaaS, international roaming and open connectivity. The partnership will focus on the development and expansion of Open Connectivity Exchange, Roaming Peering eXchange, and CPaaS offerings.

BBIX operates internet exchanges across Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, Netherlands, UK, France and the US. World’s largest content providers, gaming companies, social networks, hyperscalers, search engines, and telecoms companies are its members. BTS has over 400 mobile network operator, CPaaS and carrier and over-the-top (OTT) partners worldwide.
