13) Know When It’s Time to Move On
You want the best of everything when it comes to your startup. That is understandable. Your startup is your baby and it’s not surprising that you will fuss over the details of all your business processes. But you need to know where to draw the line
For example, when you have spent 4 hours debating the placement of a CTA (Call-to-Action) button with the design team, you must realise that it is time to move forward. Attention to detail is great, but too much attention to too many details hamper your productive progress. Find the right balance.
